Who we are

This website, NIS2 Hub (nis2.org.ua), publishes independent educational guides to EU cyber and AI regulation. You can contact us through our contact form.

What data we collect

This website does not require you to create an account or log in. We collect data in two ways:

  • Information you give us — when you submit the contact form, register for a webinar or workshop, or email us: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
  • Advertising and measurement data — if you consent, Google Ads collects data about your interaction with our site and ads (see below).

We do not collect payment information through this site.

How we use your data

Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you asked, to register you for a webinar or workshop and send related materials. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties except as described below or where required by law.

Advertising and conversion tracking (Google Ads)

We advertise our guides, webinars, and workshops using Google Ads. With your consent, we use the Google tag (gtag.js) with a Google Ads account to:

  • Measure conversions — for example, when you submit the contact form or register for an event — so we can see which campaigns are effective.
  • Remarketing — to show relevant ads to previous visitors on Google properties and partner sites.

Consent Mode v2. By default all advertising and analytics storage is set to denied. Google’s tags only set cookies and use identifiers for these purposes after you click Accept all in the cookie banner. If you Reject all, the tags run without storing data. See our Cookie Policy.

Data shared with Google. When enabled, Google acts as our provider for these services and processes the data under its own terms, which may include transfer to and processing in countries outside the EEA. Review Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ads settings.

Third-party services

Form processing. Our contact form is processed by a third-party form provider (Web3Forms) that forwards submissions to us by email. Please review that provider’s privacy policy for details.

Cookies

Data retention

We retain contact and registration messages for as long as is necessary to resolve your enquiry or deliver the event you registered for, after which they are deleted.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have provided to us. To exercise these rights, contact us through our contact form.
